I was a florist before I was an artist and I’m happy it worked out in that order. A long list of lessons about color, scale, texture, and confidence were kindly taught to me by snapdragons and tulips. The focus of my artwork falls into the category of painting, though I have been working through some ideas utilizing plastic sculpture. My studio, which I share with an unmotivated French bulldog, is in downtown Coldwater, Ohio. Most recently, I have exhibited at Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park and Museum in Cincy; The Neon Heater in Findlay, Ohio; and SHRINE in NYC.
